DESCRIPTION:Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) is a lifesaving technique t
 hat can make the difference between life and death in an emergency. Our CP
 R Training course is designed to empower individuals with the knowledge an
 d confidence to respond quickly and effectively when someone experiences c
 ardiac arrest\, stops breathing\, or faces another life-threatening situat
 ion.\nThis hands-on training is ideal for people of all backgrounds—pare
 nts\, teachers\, childcare providers\, workplace teams\, healthcare profes
 sionals\, and concerned citizens. No prior medical experience is needed.\n
 Participants will learn how to recognize the signs of cardiac and respirat
 ory emergencies\, how to safely and correctly perform chest compressions a
 nd rescue breaths\, and how to use an Automated External Defibrillator (AE
 D). Our certified instructors use realistic scenarios\, interactive instru
 ction\, and modern CPR manikins to ensure participants leave class prepare
 d to act when seconds count.
