With a yearly subscription, you and your household can receive two (2) emergency transports and two (2) medical assists within our membership periods — when medically necessary and available — This coverage applies to anyone listed on your membership application.

Your membership helps cover most balances not paid by insurance for the first (2) emergency transports and two (2) medical assits within our membership period.

You will receieve 24-hour emergency response services and transportation that is medically necessary to the nearest appropriate medical facility
